Fragomen stands out as a top performer in promoting gender diversity and equity, earning the top rank on Law360's 2023 law firm surveys.
This year's "Women in Law" ranking uses pipeline score methodology, which indicates whether firms are keeping pace with the talent pipeline in hiring, promoting and retaining female attorneys.
Despite increasing representation of women at law firms, a glass ceiling remains present. Women now constitute a majority at the associate level, but represent only a quarter of equity partners, according to the surveys. Fragomen's top distinction is particularly noteworthy considering that only 9.9% of firms have managed to meet or surpass the established gender diversity benchmarks.
