47th Annual National Conference on Law and Higher Education March 4 – 7, 2026 | Clearwater Beach, Florida The 47th Annual National Conference on Law & Higher Education is a major event hosted by Stetson University's Law School, focusing on critical legal and policy issues facing colleges, offering CLE sessions, networking for educators and attorneys, and exploring topics like accountability, student aid, and campus safety, with the 2026 event scheduled for March 4-7, 2026, focusing on strategic realignment in higher ed law.The Center for Excellence in Higher Education Law and Policy will host the 47th Annual National Conference on Law & Higher Education in Clearwater Beach, Florida.
Aaron Blumberg will be speaking on Friday, March 6, during the afternoon sessions on Immigration Issues on Campus from 1:45–3:00 p.m.
